Need for Speed Payback

The game has 4 Garages.
Open the map and go to "LOCATIONS" tab. You can find:
-One on the very left section
-One in the middle by the desert airfield
-One at the very right
-One in the top of the city section.

By pointing to a garage you can see how many you own(ex: 3/4).
The garage that you are missing will be unavailable for fast travel. So go to a very nearby gas station or tune-up shop, waypoint the garage, go near it and press RB to buy it.
