For this achievement you'll have to break all 30 Billboards across Fortune Valley.
Most billboards require you to find a nearby side road and/or a ramp in order to reach them.

Note: I'll update the map with screenshots for additional help - but most billboards should be easily obtainable once you find them.

wow. amazing map! thank you for the guide! now, if there were a way to separate these collectibles, jumps, etc in the game itself :)
i think my game may have glitched since i counted all the billboards and i have them all, except that the game says i only have 29/30.

and doing this at the end of the game, just use the Regera and it will be really easy.

There are 30x Billboards to be found in NFS Payback.

Try to smash as many as possible when free-roaming in between story missions - this will save time later (I had 22 by the time I was finished, making clean-up way faster).

Filter the interactive map to billboards & chips, and filter the in-game map to the "Collectables" tab.
Do one coloured section of the map at a time to help make sure you're not missing anything as you go.
