How to unlock the Keep on Wheelin’ achievement in Need For Speed ProStreet - Definitive Guide
What I did was use a camaro (the good one), fully upgrade it, get a perfect launch and use nitro just as your car starts to fall. I wheelie the whole length of the track every time like this. Drags are a bit difficult using this car however.

I used a Challenger R/T and it worked like a charm.

Get a real fast car, like the porche turbo (that's what i used) and fully upgrade it. When you start the drag event, get a high burnout. When the race starts, you should do a wheelie far enough for the achievement to unlock. This can also be unlocked by using the Drag King's/Queen's car.
This achievement is actually extremely easy. Once you get to your first Wheelie Competion event, this shouldn't take very long, try to have enough money saved up to buy the Camero SS and be able to fully upgrade mostly its power. Once you have done that tune its suspension and make everything that deals with the front tires and set them to 'stiff', after that set everything that deals with the rear tires and set them to 'soft'. Once all that is finished go to your Wheelie Competion and use your Camero and get either 'Incredible Grip' or 'Max Grip', then when the race starts get a perfect launch and continue getting perfect shifts. Once you get around the 3rd or 4th gear hit your NOS, this isn't needed but it helps win the competition.
Same as above solutions but i used the nissan 350z fully maxed with all stage 3 setup tweeked it slightly and it wheelies the hole quater mile strip no problems
