Original solution: To get this achievement you have to unlock the 3 viral achievements in the game. They include the following:
The Friction Fever achievement in Need for Speed: ProStreet worth 25 pointsCatch Friction Fever by playing an Online Grip race with an infected player.
The Gear Strain achievement in Need for Speed: ProStreet worth 22 pointsCatch the Gear Strain by playing an Online Drag race with an infected player.
The Tachophobia achievement in Need for Speed: ProStreet worth 0 pointsCatch Tachophobia by playing an Online Speed Challenge race with an infected player.
Since the game has been out for a few years now, the virals are a bit less common. I'm willing to give out all of them to anyone who needs them, just send me a PM on TA or shoot me a message on Xbox LIVE.

Alright, I'm still helping. Follow the directions in the solution though and send me a message on Xbox Live. When I'm online we'll set-up a race day!

You need all 3!
You need to race with people who already have these achievements. You don't need to win the races. Check other achievement descriptions for cues on how to get this. Basically, you will need to race in drag, grip, and speed contests.
The EA Moderator viral achievement is not needed for Patient Zero.
