I got over 1 million SP in about 6 minutes.

The Car
Which car is up to you. Make sure it has a high strength. Pursuit techs should be EMP AND ESF. Higher ranks will make it faster but even at rank 1 this will still be fast. Don't worry about blowing money on this. You'll make so much so fast you'll pay it off in a few minutes.

Alternatively, if you can't get rank 3 or 4 pursuit techs, Rank 16 of the Racer career has you playing as a cop. If you've already done this, once you beat the career you'll have the option to go back to it. This car is pretty good if you don't have upgraded tech.

Where and How
On the map choose the Interceptor mission "Troublemaker" (northwest of Last Stallion Ranch and east of Lagoon Trail). You want to choose this one as it is near a repair station and a hideout is nearby. You need to be Rank 18 to pick this mission. If you're not, forget this for now and do it later - it's that good.

Start the mission and kill the cop to win. It'll take about 30 seconds. When you beat the mission, restart it through easydrive.

You get a 10x multiplier in a minute of two and that multiplies race rewards. This, for your 30 second race you're earning close to 150k, fully repeatable.

There is a repair station on top of the mission start and the hideout is a quick 20 second drive away. There is no better location.

I'll also note this is great for grinding out the racer levels when your speed lists have you get a multiplier or heat. You get 10 of both within two minutes guaranteed (and makes those achievements easy!).

Following something similar to what others have said, I just kept repeating a specific event until I reached the goal. I will explain what I did to get this achievement in addition to these two in quick succession.




1) Use whatever car you're comfortable with, I was in the McLaren 12c Spider at Rank 13

2) I used Jammer and Shockwave as my pursuit techs, they don't even need to be high level

3) Find the ESCAPE VELOCITY Interceptor mission, it's on Interstate 4, about half way down, on the left, in the desert area.

4) Start the Interceptor and immediately back up into the cop and deploy your Shockwave to knock him away. After doing so, drive as fast as possible down the highway until you reach the exit on your right, take it and make a left to go under the highway you were just on. If you follow this road you should reach a repair station. 90% of the time, by the time I reached this repair station, I was already escaping and could just wait for it to finish. If you're not escaped yet, just keep driving until you are, then immediately start the event again.

5) Repeat the exact same process over and over again until you've gained enough Heat (and in turn enough of a Multiplier, which will also gain you a drastically higher amount of SP every time you finish the event)

6) Once you've procured enough SP to your liking, and have the 10 heat and x10 multiplier, rush to the nearest Hideout, and bank your sweet sweet money.

I'm surprised nobody else has posted this already, but I was searching the net and found an incredibly easy way to get this - no destroying cops, no upgrading cars (this is NOT my video, all credit goes to Bobby Neal on YouTube)

Basically;
Interceptor 'Panic Attack' - East side (no idea when this unlocks, but I was racer level 10)
Reverse straight back onto the highway, trying to avoid the cop
Drive straight down the freeway
No matter what, the cop will not be able to touch you

You don't even need a fast car, I even had a helicopter after me at one point and that randomly changed direction. The ONLY thing I found that made the pursuit resume was if I wondered into the incoming lane of traffic before I had fully escaped.

Follow this and you can get this achievement in less than 10 minutes. Will also work for Heat Level 10 and Multiplier x10.

Thanks to good ol' IGN I present you this guide... its how to gain easy SP. But it certainly works for this achievement... its perfect in my opinion!

All of the above suggestions above are pretty good, I did this on my own without looking at any guides. I suped up my starting porsche to max and did a pursuit or two to to get my multiplier about 6 or 7. Then did races that were rated easy to medium. This should bump your multiplier and heat too 10. Before starting to race, make sure to lose the cops that are pursuing you or you will end up getting busted trying to stop to hit the LB button to start. Don't get discouraged if you don't do it on your first try, this achievement takes time and patience. Use the repair facility often and once you have achieved the 500k set your GPS to the nearest garage. Also netting the 10 heat and 10 multiplier and making it back to the garage nets you another achievement. Good luck!

I found an even "easier" way to get the following three achievements in one go (as Racer Lvl 5 in my Aston Martin).





First get in your car and equip it with ESF and Jammer (I used Lvl 1). Then start somewhere neer a speedway (road with 4 lanes) and go get yourself a cop to hunt you.

Drive on the speedway until you find a repairshop but make sure the cop is still there. Now the fun starts start driving "circels" through the repairshop so that you don't have to worry about damage and your pursuit tech gets reloaded.
Use the jammer in case cops try to lock EMP on you and eht ESF to deal damage to them. It might take some time (perhaps 15mins-30mins) until you got

a.) Heat Level 10
b.) Multiplier 10
c.) 500.000 Points

then repair a last time and set a waypoint to the nearest hideout. On the way there make sure you use your ESF when cops try to knock you of the road and the Jammer against their EMPs...

I think i have an easier method to get this achievement.
-The problem is that using my method you cannot get this achievement early in the game because you will need to unlock a certain event and a certain set of fast cars.
I made a video and i will post it below. Just follow what i did here. The video has no voice over but should be self explanatory.
-Join as a racer->>Choose Ferrari Enzo or Aventador LP(or other similar car)>>Upgrade its MAX Performance>>Equip MAX LEVEL of ESP and SHWAY(very important)>>Find INTERCEPTOR HARD-Born Runner on the map(on the middle map bridge)
>>>>Wreck the cop using your powers while STAYING in the exact location. (Going on the road or off the bridge can cause more cops to spawn.)Complete the event 3 times consecutively.
You have a repair station nearby. When you get damaged at the end of the event make a run for it and repair your car and restabilish your powers. Then use the Easy Drive menu by pressing RIGHT D PAD>>Restart event.
When you have 500.000 SP or more go to the safe house in front of the event start and bank it.


Follow my video and you should be fine. I try this method several times and it works perfectly.
