Actually You have to do both Racer and Cop tutorial's for the achievement to unlock. Which isn't missable.

Actually, this unlocked for me once I completed the racer tutorial, before it moved me into the cop one.

I chose cop first and did not get the achievement. had to do racer too and then I got the achievement.

Finish the tutorial as cop and racer and you should get this trophy
