!!! The game is no longer new, and it may well be the case that either you don’t have friends who have played it.
Or (like me) - you have friends who have played, you can beat their records and earn extra money. experience on this. But! - none of them bothered to recommend anything.
After thinking a little about “But how can I get it?”, I came up with three ways . I used the first one myself, but the second and third ones are also quite doable. So:

1) Create additional user on his console. We register it in PSN as a new PSN account. Sending a friend request to yourself, your loved one. If you already have one (I did it from my daughter’s account, she’s in my Friends, of course) - then it’s even easier. We log into the game from another account. We go through the beginning, finding out the level of complexity of control, etc. We pass the first available race (Shanghai). Before the start of the second race, they tell us about Autolog, etc. We pass the second race (Monza). In the race results menu (except Replay ) another item “Recommend” appears . Click and then confirm the recommendation. We leave the game.
We turn on our own account. We confirm the friend request with additional information. accom (if necessary). Let's turn on the game. Go to Autolog - Recommendations. We look for a recommendation of Monza made by a “friend” and go through it. All!

2) If you play Online racing with someone, write them a friend request. Make friends and go to Autolog - Check recommendations: it is quite possible that your new Friends turned out to be not so lazy and recommended something... Or write to them asking for a recommendation (since they are also playing the game at the moment - it is quite possible they will respond).

More precisely, in Autolog it will be written that your friend recommends that you try your hand at such and such a track. There is no need to break records, you just need to drive the track from start to finish.

A friend should definitely recommend. No other way. Verified.
