How to unlock the Access All Areas achievement in Need for Speed Unbound - Definitive Guide

When you are in your garage, go to:

Rides > Performance > Upgrade Garage > Elite Upgrade

This will cost you $157500 total, as you have to purchase the Pro and Super upgrade first before you can buy Elite - it sounds a lot but you soon can get it by doing some of the online playlists.

This achievements is glitched for me. I bought all 4 but it never popped. Anyone else?

Easiest to wait until after you complete the career to do this. Every car you win in a race in career will show up in your online garage. You can sell them to make good money and upgrade your garage without racing online.

The garage update was shoved into a not entirely obvious section: "Rides" -> "performance" -> "upgrade garage"
In the Russian version of the game, you need to go to the “Performance” tab in the “Trips” menu, and then select “Update Garage”.
Updating your garage allows you to buy car parts in the super, elite and pro categories.
