How to unlock the Social Scene achievement in Need for Speed - Definitive Guide

Each time you finish an event, win or lose, you'll get a rundown of your performance in each of the racing categories. That is: Speed, Style, Crew, Build and Outlaw.

If you manage to achieve 1000 RP (reputation points) in at least one of these categories, you'll get a twitter-like "mention" from some IA racer, talking about your abilities and such.

Obtaining these mentions is extremely easy, and you should get one in each event you play, except for the very short ones. Doesn't matter if you win or lose, as long as you meet the RP requierement, you'll get a mention. So, just play through the story and this should come naturally. In case you finish the story and you haven't got this yet, repeat some drift events, which always grant you a mention about style.

Not that I know, but don't worry too much about it. Just by playing the campaign, you'll unlock this long before the ending.

After each event you finish you will receive a breakdown of the REP you earned in the five categories; Speed, Style, Crew, Build & Outlaw. You must earn at least 1000 REP points in one of these categories in order to get "called out" by another racer. The call out comes in the form of a twitter like shout out message just before the REP breakdown screen. This will come naturally as you will most likely earn over 1000 REP in multiple categories each event, regardless of whether you win or lose. Get a shout out in 50 events for this achievement.
