Nefarious

When you're back on your ship after completing levels, you have a lot of minions you can speak with. One such minion is associated with your upgrade station. All you need to do is go to the upgrade station and when given the option to upgrade or talk, keep on selecting talk. Eventually, you'll go through all of the conversation options and unlock your achievement.

Note: It doesn't appear that the achievement is gated by progress. You should be able to work towards this achievement after completing the first level.
