When you start on the Neighbourhood area, make sure to select the Easy difficulty. You will have 4 boss fights before you complete the area, with the final boss fight being several bosses at the same time. Once you're getting them all, the achievement unlocks.
There is no real trick to completing this, as it's a lot more forgiving than normal difficulty. Just pick power ups at the start of each level that you feel will benefit you. If you are relying on the AI, they will stay close to you, an revive you if possible. Make sure to return the favour as later levels become hectic. Overall, it's an easy achievement and the difficulty will not cause too much trouble.
