On the main menu, select the shop option. All items that can be bought are here. The last 7 on the list are relevant to this achievement.
Hair bow - 50 tickets
Need Glasses - 50 tickets
Party Hat - 50 tickets
Sunglasses - 100 tickets
Mohawk - 100 tickets
Crown - 1000 tickets
You earn tickets after each run until your death. This may take a while as 1000 tickets is a large amount. Unless you're getting good runs. 3D Glasses apparently don't count as they are not marked as wearable. Instead they are tagged as Special.

I'm the only one who has this achievement at the moment, and if you look closely, underneath the glasses it doesn't say wearable. The glasses are NOT needed for the achievement.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll adjust the guide. Ironically, I wasn't wearing my glasses so my bad.
