How to unlock the Runner achievement in Neon Chrome - Definitive Guide
You need to have a little bit of luck with this one. You need to run to green elevator and level needs to be a normal level. (no yellow) Violet special elevators void this one. Stick to greenies. First floor is easiest to do as levels are usually pretty small.
Just find a small level which has no locked doors, play as usual. Make a mental note can you run it through as you find elevator, memorize way to green elevator. Save and exit the game, play level again and run to elevator faster than Speedy MC Speederton. 'Voila.
Also upgrades which gives speed are great and choose asset with speed bonus.

A good top tip is to carry keys over from the previous level. You might get lucky and see a red or yellow door leading to the green escalator like I did allowing you to cut most of the level

I just got both this & "Sneaky" (don't get spotted) on a yellow level, it was so super short that I figured couldn't hurt to try & what would you know, it popped ... here's the video of it, sadly you can't see the achievements popping as it's just captured with the Xbox dvr but there it is ... don't know if the "Sneaky" one had something to do with the incoming reinforcements but I suspect it might..?

I thought this might work but it doesn't: -
You cannot do it on a level where you need to destroy multiple targets before the exit will open (you can tell if it's one of those levels as the orange text will appear at the top of the screen that says '0/4 targets destroyed).
The layout in the earlier levels is much simpler and usually 4 rooms in a square which you'll need to run around in a clockwise or anti clockwise fashion. I had levelled my character up to about 20 health which helps you not to die so quickly and then tried to run through every level as quickly as possible until I got it. Took approx 5 attempts but it still felt like there was an element of luck in choosing the right way to go.
The last level in section 5 (level number will change each time) seems to be the same no matter what and all you need to do is run straight up (north) and enter the lift. Only takes about 6-7 seconds.
That means you need to be a bit lucky, as I was. I managed to just charge through a level without stopping and got to the green exit in time. There are a couple of options with this one and I’d attempt this on the earlier floors:
Option 1- Once your health is suitably upgraded, buy armour or defensive abilities and just run through a level, there are some very short ones in the game. You can learn the level and find your route slow time then simply QUIT and re-enter so you can play the level from the beginning.
Option 2 - There is a level on floor 2 that makes this trophy a breeze. A specialised level (these are yellow on the floor screen and easily indicated) that has one heavy enemy in the middle, you can simply run around the floor collecting the key and finish the level within 10 seconds. (See sneaky and Pacifist)

Like with Pacifist (60G) above, this is pretty situational, definitely won't happen naturally, and unfortunately cannot be done on a special purple level. This also doesn't count on the penultimate level of a run where you just run up and into a green elevator in like five seconds with no enemies.
Just like with Pacifist (60G), your best bet is to scout out this achievement on levels as you progress and grind out special levels and unlockables. While working through special levels, you will almost assuredly end up with leftover red keycards and yellow keycards, and these will allow you to cut through future levels quicker. Refer to Pacifist (60G) above for a clip of me doing both of these achievements together. As noted above, I had a leftover red keycard that allowed me to beeline straight to the exit and avoid having to find it. While this may sound highly random and situational, you will assuredly come across this situation many times while grinding through special levels and unlockables.
