Jump off of the play area of any level, and into the big array of red squares.
Velvet
Most of the levels will allow you to walk off the edge (there are only a few that won’t). At any point while playing, walk or jump off the edge to kill yourself. The trophy will unlock when you do.
bLaKgRaVy, and, Achievement, Squad
At the starting point on the first level, turn around 180 degrees and walk into the pink grid to die.
