You CAN get the achievements for both endings on one save file
This is the standard ending to the game and can't be missed, simply select the Book of Death option once you've completed the fight with Green in the final chapter of the game.
To get this achievement, or the corresponding achievement for
you need to complete the last chapter by selecting "Start Mission" from the Heaven's Gate area of the hub, do NOT use the Job Archive as this will not grant the achievement

Thank you for mentioning where to select the mission, I was confused why I couldn’t redo the choice in Job Archive
