The first oppurtunity you can get this is Mission 1 chapter 3 - Gunner
You can get this on the very first enemy you come across. Make sure you have the katana equipped. Stand back a bit and wait for him to throw a fireball. As soon as he does press
to deflect it back at him. If you miss just wait 5 seconds and he will throw another
