On the Mission 11 of the game after visiting Mikey you'll be given the Book of Life card, this card allows you to teleport to the position of objects and enemies in a level

Job 4 on Mission 11 titled "Closer" is the earliest point in the game in which you'll be able to get this achievement, there is a mimic directly in your way during the section you pick up the Dominion card (rocket launcher) simply switch to the Book of Life card and use it on the Mimic upon grappling to it's location and you'll get the achievement.
