Purple’s Hell Rush is one of the easier, but a tad more difficult than Red’s. While you can still use Discard, much of the terrain is instant kill.
You can unlock Hell Rushes by collecting all of the Gifts, then unlocking the good ending.
There are a couple of quick, time saving, and easy skips (shown in level 1, and 8). However, many more are present. My run isn’t a claim of being a perfect, “speedy” run, but is to be used as a guide. Please use my run as a template to build your own. Or simply copy, if you wish. There are many places with Purple’s rushes where skips can be utilised.

You unlock Violet's Heaven rushes by obtaining both of her memories and obtain the Hell rushes by completing the true ending of the game (Obtaining all memories and choosing to put Green into Book of Life)
The heaven rushes are trivial as you cannot fail them just keep playing the levels until you beat them.
The hell rushes are a bit more tricky as you have no respawns, however you are granted 3 miracle cards that allow you to select any other card to obtain in a level. This is helpful as you can skip some levels and recover from a mistake on others.
On Level 1 - Doghouse, you can use the miracle card to summon a Dominion card and grapple to the finish crystal from the very beginning.
On Level 3 - Charin, you can use the Dominion card to skip the last few jumps but I don't recommend using a miracle card for this purpose.
On Level 4 - Hellevator, you can use a Dominion card to save yourself and still beat the level if you end up on Idiot Island
On Level 8 - Resident Saw II, you can skip the majority of the level by skipping the drop down and proceeding to the end of the level and then spawning a card that can break panels, any of them work, I used stomp because that is the intended card.
It is worth noting the Book of Life card cannot target the end of level crystals so you can't skip levels by using it.
