Each round is a battle. You just need to clear 100 rounds/battles however you can or want to. A normal game (not using the unknown stone) is 15 battles. So you can clear the game 6 times and make it to round 2-5 on the seventh run for the 100 or you can simply repeat 1-1 to 1-5 20 times.
You'll get this on your way to clearing 1000 rounds for another achievement.
