To get this achievement, you have to end 10 battles with your starting hp or higher. It doesn't matter if you take damage in the fight, so long as you end the fight with at least as much health. The easiest one to accomplish this with is Claire, the Paladin using a Faith/Punishment build. Start getting Faith upgrades and cards as soon as you start the journey, and then utilize your God's Answers to heal yourself. It helps if you save up for the 5 trophies to get her wings, which allow you to choose which Answer you want.
Another option is a Griffon Helena. For her, you'll be pumping up her armor as much as possible. Go for defense cards, +X command and use guardian ability cards. Her wings are useful, but not necessary.
Once you've accomplished this 10 times, the achievement will pop. This can be over as many journeys as you need to accomplish it.
