Fairly simple. Go into the first cup after training and once you get through the gate you will have some nerfbots spawning. You just want to jump with A and shoot them a few times 1/2 times to weaken them and on the 3rd shot you will “tag” them aka killing them while jumping airborne.

This can be done on just about any mission. Just load up any mission, such as the first one and find a Nerfbot. Jump while shooting it. If you eliminate it while in the air, this trophy will pop.
