The second boss is quite similar to the first boss except the amount of turrets and enemies that spawn and maybe the health bar. Disable the boss by focusing on the targets first, then quickly disperse the enemies that spawn, then focus all your fire on the boss before it comes back to life. Continue doing this until the boss is killed. I like to use Fortress (Self-Repair skill) with dual upgraded rockets as they deal a great amount of damage and I can heal up from time to time.
