The boss fights are all very similar. The only difference is the number of turrets and enemies pretty much and maybe the health bar. Focus your fire on the turrets. Once the boss is disabled, quickly take care of the enemies around as they may pose a threat here. Then focus all your fire on the boss before he comes to. Simply repeat until it is defeated. I like to use Fortress (Self-Repair skill) with dual upgraded rockets.
