Hello !
During the Spring chapter, you'll see a big red tree under a bunch of white pillars and arches that you will walk through (After Neva helps Bruma up onto the platform they jump across). Go to the tree and stand in front of it, Alba, the main character will begin to sing after a few seconds and the achievement will pop.
I unlocked it in my full 100% walkthrough at 2:43:45 :

This achievement takes place near the start of Spring. After Neva wakes up and you all head to the right, you'll hop up some platforms and go across a white bridge. Under you is a pretty obvious huge red tree. You'll drop down just to the right of it. Head back and stand under it, then idle your controller. After five or ten seconds, you will start faintly singing, which unlocks this achievement.
