This achievement requires you to complete the Coastal Village chapter of the game. Here is a verbal walkthrough (credit to the Walkthrough writers):
Head right and you’ll find another owl with Cultural Insight 17/24: ‘King Island’. Keep going and you’ll eventually reach a platform puzzle. Grab onto the rope with Nuna to lower a platform, then use Fox to run up the wall to reach it. Jump on top of the platform to lower it further. Nuna can now jump back up to the left and across both platforms to the other side.
Continue to the right and you’ll reach a platform that collapses under you. Jump at the very end of it to reach the next platform. Climb up the ladder with Nuna, head to the right and then drag the cage all the way to the left to make a platform for Fox to reach underneath.
Quickly switch to Fox and jump on to the platform. Quickly switch back to Nuna and jump on the cage as it begins to slide back down. Jump from this cage to the platform above you and across to the other side. Fox can run up the wall here to reach Nuna. If you can’t get the timing right, do it in two goes; Fox first, Nuna second.
Once you’re on the other side, you’ll find another owl and Cultural Insight 18/24: ‘Northern Lights’. Continue to the right, avoiding the heads and tails of the Northern Lights Spirits. Continue to the right until Nuna can’t go any further.
Switch to Fox and jump up the platforms. The first platform you reach will lower, allowing Nuna to use the rope under it to swing across to the next platform and climb up. Keep going left and, by timing your swing just right, you’ll reach another owl and Cultural Insight 19/24: ‘The Month of Night’. This will unlock:

Now return to Fox and continue to the right. You’ll reach another platform puzzle here. Drag the cage onto one of the platforms, tilting the platform above it. Run up the platform and over to the left. Use Fox to jump up to another cage, and lower a rope for Nuna. Climb up with Nuna and push the cage off to the left.
You can now drop down and push the new cage on to the other hanging platform, which will change the angle of the platform above it again. Run up it to reach another rope on the right. Climb up and jump to the next platform. Switch to Fox and quickly bring him up as well.
Continue to the right and time your jump on the swinging platform to reach the other side. This bit is tricky, but if you die here, immediately run to the right and you’ll find you can time the jumps without stopping.
You’ll next reach a collapsing building. Climb upwards with Fox and cause the platforms above to collapse in a way to allow Nuna to ascend as well. Time your next jumps against the wind and you’ll reach a section of building which collapses and carries you forwards.
Once it stops, change to Fox and jump across the upper platforms until the Spirits below appear. Switch to Nuna and jump from Spirit to Spirit until you reach the other side. When the evil man from earlier appears, hit him with your Bola to continue.
