When you arrive at the area Ebon Downs you will get a quest called The Barrow Lords from Doomguide Soulhearth. While completing that quest you need to read the descriptions of 5 different barrows and after that you will need to visit each of them. To avoid spoilers I'm not going into details about the quest here.

But in total there are 6 barrows you'll need to go into and it's easy to miss the description of the 6th barrow since it is not required to read it in order to complete the quest.

So all you need to do is read all 6 of the descriptions for the barrows and the achievement is yours. Here is a screenshot of the last description in front of the 6th barrow and a map location.

You can also check your current progress towards this achievement from the in-game achievement tracker. Press -> Quests -> Journal, then press to get to Achievements and go to Exploration section. Now you should see your progress on the right. If you don't then just scroll the list down with

To get this achievement you need to read 6 barrows located on Ebon Downs (You'll be able to acess this area when you reach around level 35-36 if I'm not wrong)

While doing the ''The Barrow Lords'' quest that you aquire from Doomguide Soulhearth You will read 5 of 6 barrows. I found a video that help me out with this achievement as I missed the last barrow! If you're having some trouble finding them or the last one, you can check this short video that shows every barrows location
