This is the final quest in the Blacklake District series of quests, that started when the Crown of Neverwinter was stolen from Protector's Enclave. It is story related so cannot be missed.
It is given by Zoey Fargo who is stood outside the Nasher Headquarters, the one she tells you to raid
Even doing this solo is fairly simple, as long as you keep one eye on your health, you should have more than enough healing potions to complete this. There are two sections, the headquarters and the warehouse. The final boss will be waiting at the end of the warehouse. He has one attack to be weary of when he starts spinning, he becomes temporarily invincible, but other than that he is straight forward.

This trophy is for completing the final quest of the Blacklake District adventure zone (lvl 4-9). This questline actually starts in the Protector's Enclave and leads into Blacklake. The quests are as follows:
- The Theft of the Crown (PE)
- Finding Honor (PE)
- The Trail of the Crown (PE-BL)
- Seeking a Suspect
- The Dead Rats
- Hot on the Trail
- Close to the Crown
- Cornering Karzov
There are some optional quests in between, but these are the required ones. Once you collect your reward from the chest at the end of "Cornering Karzov" the trophy will unlock.
