How to unlock the Giants achievement in Neverwinter - Definitive Guide

At the top of Icespire peak is a giant you can repeatedly kill and then sit and wait for the respawn.

Another solution is to do the Battle for the Bridge skirmish (lvl 54-60). This takes around 6-8 minutes with a random team. There are 3 giants in this skirmish and if you do it during the skirmish hour you will net 1k rough Astral Diamonds per run.

Doing the quests in Hotenow will get you ~10-15 giant kills as well.

On the way to the Temple of the Primordial quest in Mt.Hotenow I noticed a Giant just before you cross the bridge to the entrance to to the temple. Killed him entered the temple then exited immediately and the giant had respawned.

I repeated this a few times and noticed at about 3 out 4 times you enter and exit the temple the giant will be there, might speed up things for those who have the quest still or are not at that point yet, it's certainly quicker than waiting for the others to respawn.

You can get this achievement easily in Mt. Hotenow. There's giants literally all over the zone and even a few quests that involve killing giants. Normal Cavern of Karrundax also has three. Epic Caverns of Karrundax has about 10 as well.

You can easily get this achievement (especially if you run Epic Caverns of Karrundax) while going after the following achievements:

Gonna go out on a limb and say that they’re big. They are most notably found in Mount Hotenow during a couple of the story missions. They are also scattered around the zone; you seriously can't miss them. They look like giant vikings wearing heavy armor and swing a big 'stick'; the large lava enemies are not considered giants although they are big. There are also a few giants at the top of the Icespire Peak zone; some are related to main story quests.

Giants are such huge and tall mobs with a ton of HP. They are found in the locations "Ice Peak" and "Mount Hotenou". You will need to kill them on the quest, but I advise you not to rush and farm, because... It’s not a fact that they will meet later. I will also note that they take a long time to respawn (other mobs will have time to appear 2-3 times).

And yes, if you know other locations where giants meet, then write.

The map of the Flaming Abyss, after appearing on it, run in front of the steps, there are three giants, one of which appears immediately after death. And fills as much as necessary.

If you are a member of a guild, then they are also found at the “Guild Fortress” location - usually at the edges of the map and surrounded by crowds of orcs.
