Thanks that will be very helpful when I get to level 60. Then I am going to come back and looks at this.

I haven't unlocked this one yet, but I noticed that after I created my second character and completing the scrying stone quest, my progress increased from 7 to 9%. This means if you cannot wait, you can just create a new character, finish the scrying stone quest and repeat until the chevo unlock. Easier than unlocking all the locations if it works.

There are total of 42 Scrying Stones in 14 Zones in Neverwinter. Each Zone has 3 Scrying Stones. You can check your (Zone)progress under Quest - Journal - Achievements - Exploration (Show all)
You can choose here between a Single Zone Guide or an All in One Guide
Single Zone Guide - (Warning large Spoiler!)
All in One - (Warning large Spoiler!)
In the last Zone is the Video again.

These videos are especially good because they do a 360 turn to help you orient yourself.
Also, for the last Stone in The Chasm, from the start go down to the next area (Cathedral of Madness), then Unhallowed Ground, then go to the far side of Unhallowed Ground to get to the Mystic Grotto.
Now that they've fixed the glitched achievement, I think they are double counting any Stones you've already found. The achievement popped for me with 3 more zones (9 more Stones) to go.

+1 to all solutions. I prefer a written list, but there is some info missing near the bottom.

EDIT : NicholiGinavaef pointed out the fact that some race/class combinations can't reach some Stones. So you might need to use my solution if you have a problem reaching some
Another way to get this achievement if don't really want to reach sordid places on maps just to get an orb, or if you want to get this achievement without reaching even the level 10 :
- When you create a new character, every piece of collectible will add to your current progression on the achievement. When around level 5 in Protector's Enclave, you will meet some guy in your way, not far away from where Know stands (I would say 30 meters away maximum). He will task you to find each 3 orbs of the Protector's Enclave. Follow the quest's path to reach each orb. Once you get to the third, it will add around 7% (100/14=7) to your achievement. Now create another character (you can suppress the one you just created), rince and repeat 13 other times to reach your goal.
WARNING : This will really require you to erase an existing character multiple times, because you can't create unlimited various characters. So if like me you already got a character to level 60, and started the second but don't wan't to erase it, or just don't want to erase your existing characters, there is only one left way to do this method (I'll personally won't do this). You can buy the Dragonborn pack, which allows you to use the Dragonborn race when creating your character, but it also gives you one more character slot, allowing you to conserve your already existing characters.
EDIT : Now that I've relaunched my game after getting both of my character slots filled, there is a third slot, allowing you to purchase others slots. It costs 800 Zen (8€, I don't know for other currencies), and it gives you 2 more slots (and you can get up to 50 slots).
EDIT 2 : wooberhead pointed out that there are sometimes sales on the Zen marketplace. Last sale that came weeks ago was 90% off, making the price drop to 80 Zen only to buy 2 character slots, it's even less than a Key to open those purple chests.
I just want to repeat that this is an optional method to do it. I won't do it this way, but you can, as I assume this is faster.
P.S. This solution also works for this achievement.
If you thumb down this solution, I would be glad to hear your opinion :)

A Scrying Stone looks like a glowing purple disk on the ground with a floating orb above it. Lucky for us, there's an introductory quest for Scrying Stones in the Protector's Enclave called "A Game of Orbs." This quest is found just down the 'road' from Sergeant Knox.
When an orb is activated you will be shown a short cutscene that shows the surrounding area. There are three in each of the 14 zones that you must discover for a total of 42 Scyring Stones. They are found in the following zones:
360GameTV has produced a series of videos to find the stones; they can be found HERE!
