How to unlock the A Hero Emerges achievement in Neverwinter - Definitive Guide

This is truly difficult to achieve. First, you have to make a character and then play as that character. Just play the missions and eventually you will have this pop up. An alternative to this is to NOT play the missions and just run around killing anything and everything that the game will allow you to. Both ways give you XP and XP is what levels you up.

Just to point out that you can't gain XP from killing now. You have to complete quests. Follow the main storyline, and every few quests you'll get a level-up as a reward.

You should get this within the first couple hours of questing and natural progression. Once your character hits level 10 the achievement will pop.

Create a character and simply complete quests and kill enemies to gain experience. You should be close to, if not at level 10 by the time you finish the first set of missions that results in the “Cornering Karzov” achievement. Once you hit level 10 the achievement will unlock.
