How to unlock the Evil Dragon Godesses Not Welcome achievement in Neverwinter - Definitive Guide
Evil Dragon Godesses Not Welcome
Due to the most recent Neverwinter update this has become MUCH easier to obtain. You cannot solo this (which that would be impossible if it was possible). Once its a new hour you can search for a group to do Tiamat. The game will search for everyone for you and you will be thrown into Tiamats temple once everyone has readied up.
Thanks to the new update there is only 2 tanks for it and basically all DPS characters (hopefully you are a DPS character).
When things get going everyone must kill the summoners based on color, there is 5, just like 5 heads for Tiamat. If you beat a summoner you can take the orb off the ground and equip it to your potion shortcut, this will give you bonus damage towards the head.
Once all 5 Summoners are dead you must Kill Severin who is in the middle of the entire area.
After killing Severin 3 Clerics will appear and you must defend them from oncoming enemies until the blue bars are full.
Now once all the blue bars are full everyone goes from the first head on the left heading right, weaken the heads down below 1/4th health and go to the next head. If all goes well you will repeat defending the clerics 3-4 times (anymore and you will likely not beat Tiamat).
With the newest update Tiamat is nothing compared to what he used to be considering the amount of tanks have decreased and there is more damage being dealt.
Here is a video demonstration by Zach Attack Gaming:
If you are looking for a good character build refer to mmominds.com, make sure you are looking at the most up-to-date mod (which I believe right now is mod 9). If you already have a high level character you can grab Retraining tokens from the Zen Market, nothing is perminant but if you want something reset it will cost you (can use in-game astral diamonds to convert to Zen).
Any other questions please ask in the comments.

where does this adventure become available? I assume that it appears similarly to the Demogorgon on an hourly basis like when you are in Mantol Derith in the underdark - which zone do you need to be in to see the tiamat announcements?

Tiamat is a 5 headed dragon that can be found as a Heroic Encounter in the Well of Dragons. The WoD has become a level 70 zone; you may notice that when you enter, your character will scale to level 70 automatically. At the top of every hour, no matter the timezone, the encounter will open. You have 4 minutes to enter the encounter and prep in the staging area. I've written a strategy if you are new to the fight.. it can be found HERE!

In general, those who completed Tiamat before the update at lvl 60 are the lucky ones! Now all mobs have been increased by lvl 12, the damage is colossal, it is very stressful to survive under the endless pressure of minions. In general, there is only one way out - to monitor the guilds that are going specifically to Tiamat for 25 snouts, either on the forums or in the game (it’s more difficult in the game) - with randoms, completing the event was practically reduced to zero. The most difficult achievement of the DLS - it’s easier to stupidly neglect it, nerves are more expensive.

To defeat Tiamat you need a group of 25 players. Go to the "Dragon Spring" location and look for a party through chat, it is easier to do this with investment levels 3 and 4 ("dragon treasures" brought into the cart - the cost of investment points). The higher the level of investment, the better the reward, the more people want to farm this fight. The current level is indicated in the window in the upper right corner of the screen.
After you are invited, you need to look at the selection queue (there are 5 groups of 5 people each) and remember which group you are in. Tiamat has 5 heads of different colors, they are located on the edge of cliffs in this order (from left to right): black, green, red, blue, white. The 1st group jumps to the black head, the 2nd to the green, the 3rd to the red, etc.
Stage 1 - killing summoners. Each group kills the corresponding summoner on the cliff. All players take the “dragon stone” left behind, which gives immunity from attacks from one of the heads. The stone must be placed in one of the slots for potions. We run back to the gate and kill Severin.
Stage 2 - protection of clerics.
Left cleric - attacked by black and green heads (death damage and poison damage).
Central - green, red and blue heads attack (damage with poison, fire and lightning).
Right - blue and white heads attack (lightning and cold damage).
The 1st group protects the left cleric, the 5th - the right, all the rest - the central one. It is advisable that each group has a healer or a tank. We clear the waves of mobs until Tiamat weakens. In order not to constantly shift away from red zones, we use the dragon stone.
Stage 3 - expulsion of Tiamat. There is no need to cross the red line on the ground, you should wait until it disappears, otherwise the instance may become buggy. Heads are killed from left to right, starting with the black one. We use the dragon stone on the head of the corresponding color, especially on the blue one (100% one-shot, you will have to run again - waste of time) and white (freezes the player, taking him out of the battle for 10 seconds - waste of time). If desired, you can use a dragon slayer potion and scrolls of protection from dragons.
The idea is to kill all the heads before the timer runs out. If you didn’t manage to kill at least one, then they will all be reborn, restoring a small amount of health, and you will have to protect the clerics again. If the random party is weak, it is better to initially leave 3-4 health cells at the heads during transition phases and move on to the next head. The heads are finished off from right to left, starting with the white head.
It's better to go with your guild/alliance. It is enough to have 2-3 strong damage dealers that will carry through everyone else.
