The Lizards are mainly in Pirates skyhold. I went around grinding them down going round in circles killing them and waiting for them to respawn but it really is not necessary. They attack in force and for the most part are not that hard to kill. This achievement will pop if you just play the level. It is also a really long level.

this is a little slower than the above solution, but if you do the Garunder the Vile skirmish, its level 40-47, you can get a bunch of lizard kills and work on the dragon kills also
