In the Quest "Crypt of Shadows", you will have an optional objective to find Holy Oil and burn the remains of the spirit in the crypt. Everything is marked on the map and pretty easy to spot. Grab the Oil before lighting the torch, then burn the remains in the next room through the hidden door that opens.
Note: Potentially missable. There seems to be no way to replay this quest if you miss this.

Can you replay these quests? Cuz I'm not seeing anywhere.. that makes these missable.

Make sure you complete this optional task before you leave the crypt!
During the quest "Crypt of Shadows," there will be an optional objective. Speak with the ghost at the beginning of the crypt and she'll explain her torment; she will give you the optional objective. You must find some Holy Oil: (-54, 75) and then burn the remains of the body in the next room: (-61, 224) to earn this achievement.
