You will travel to Reclamation Rock - Cultist Assault in Chapter 8 of the Maze Engine campaign. While fighting through the city you will encounter two Bulettes harassing a group of halflings. Just defeat the Bulettes and you'll get the achievement.
This is missable. You can go back to kill the Bulettes even after defeating the boss of this area. The coordinates to this area are: 960, 1642

hey man i missed this and have gone to the coodinates you said and there is no bulettes attacking a group of halflings. any help?

hopefully replacing my non-primary character with a new one (I cannot spend real money in this game) and starting the campaign again will do the trick
no need to do that, you can buy more character slots with astral diamonds

Chapter 8: After the third set of enemies you must dispatch, turn left and you should see a dual opening, stone gate. Through the gate and behind the fountain are two bulette's that have a group of halflings surrounded. I'm sure they'd make a delicious snack, but we're here to save these poor furry footed halfings! Kill the bulette's with extreme prejudice and earn your achievement. The halfings can be found at the following coordinates: 976, 1645
