Jump across the lava pit in the Old Dragon's Lair in under a minute.
Requirements:
Must have Maze Engine DLC Downloaded and Chapter 4: Adventurers of the Lost Artifact unlocked in the campaign (Old Dragons Lair).
You have to proceed through the Maze Engine campaign until you have unlocked/access to Chapter 4: Adventures of the Lost Artifact. Go to Mantol-Derith and talk to Bruenor Battlehammer and accept the quest above for Chapter 4. Follow the sparkles to go speak to Makos who then will task you to descend into the old dragons lair (again just follow the sparkles).
Once inside you speak to Makos again who is standing in front of a big square pit. After speaking with him jump into the pit then and once you hit the bottom you will hit a checkpoint (camp fire). Walk forward following the only path until you come to another camp fire (just after you fight some smaller dragons). In front of this camp fire is the lava pit you must cross in under 1 minute for the Achievement (very easy).
Basically just head all the way down the left side jumping from one rock platform to the next (watch the video below) until you reach the other side. You will see a count down timer in the top right corner but should have plenty of time to do this. Hope this video helps as this is a really simple Achievement and shouldn't give anyone any problems, just follow the path in the video, enjoy ;)
EDIT: As noted below for any reason if you fail to get this just teleport out or you can re-do the quest by talking to Bruenor Battlehammer again once you finished it.

Might want to add that if you don't make it on first try you can play the same quest again by talking to Bruenor Battlehammer

Yeah even dying say 3 times you still have enough time but if you follow the path in the vid (straight down the left side) you can easy make all the jumps and shouldn't have any problems.

Chapter 4: This will occur very early on in the Old Dragon Lair. You must traverse a lava pit, in less than a minute! Your traveling companion, Makos will state the following "I can get us a portal across in a minute...unless you want to jump your way over." This is your cue to jump across the pedestals, and a timer will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. When you succeed, Makos will exclaim "Impressive footwork!" which will net you the achievement. You can fall in the lava, as long as you make it across in under a minute.
