How to unlock the It's Not Their Fault They're Undead achievement in Neverwinter - Definitive Guide
EDIT: Just confirming that teleport scrolls wont work for this thanks to OGxBillyTheKidx
Once you have loaded in there you will get a "Quest Complete" message on your screen, now simply press the menu button (start button) and select "Return to Instance" and you will end up back at the last campfire before the boss fight so now go and beat the boss. When you get the loot drops (chests spawn in the center of the platform) after killing him the achievement will unlock for not killing any dwarves.
I hope this helps someone out as I assume this will be patched at some point in the future. Good luck beating the boss and enjoy your newly unlocked achievement (and loots). Don't forget to take plenty of Mass Life Scrolls with you into the fight.and hope you don't get the stupid bug that fails to spawn the chests after killing him (which can happen now after the release of mod 12B). EDIT: Chest Bug fixed in Mod13

Already got....can confirm u cannot get achievement using scrolls
Not a solution as such but more of a glitch I discovered that unlocks this achievement very easily providing you actually beat the boss (doesn't matter if you killed some dwarves or not) so I thought I'd pass it on. All you have to do is when you get to the last boss fight, at the campfire use your sign post to go back to any area in Neverwinter (enclave, chult etc... doesn't matter where you go). Will teleport scrolls work if one doesn't have a sign post?

This achievement is a little misleading. It says avoid killing all dwarves, but you cannot kill any.
There are 5 places these dwarves spawn. The first 4 spawns are kind of random. They can show up in different orders or not at all. #1 happened most runs but I have seen runs where it did not spawn.
Be mindful of companions. They like to run for the dawrves if you are in combat. Tanks using Fray can start combat with the dwarves as well.
Here is what they look like. This image is of spot #2:
1) In one of the puzzle rooms leaving the door. Just ignore them and they will leave.
2) On the big set of stairs in the big room. They will be on the right against the wall of the 2nd set of stairs.
3) In one of the connecting hallways. They will be on the right side of the room at the back. There is just 1 and he is in a collapsed doorway. You need to pull the enemies to the door you came into so that you do not hit him by mistake.
4) At the bottom of the broken bridge. When you drop off the broken bridge, he will be against the wall behind you. Take combat to the other side of the area next to the other half of the bridge to avoid companions attacking them.
5) In the room before the final boss and 2 rooms after the 2nd boss. You will need to jump up a few stone blocks to walk into the next room. There seems to be at least 20 in this room. I would suggest putting your companions away before going into this room. I have seen them attack for no reason at all. Just walk past them and do not attack and you will make it through just fine.
After you defeat the boss (and lag that comes with him), the achievement will pop.

I will recommend that if you are a dps type, to NOT use any AoE type weapon enchantments. You could easily chain lighting to an unsuspecting dwarf, negating your achievement. Avoid killing, or even aggro'ing any dwarves in the 4 random, and final stagnate areas. Especially be careful when dropping off the bridge to the area below, there are dwarves down there and chain lightning will hit them. Obviously you should easily avoid the final hallway of dwarves and just walk on through.
