In this area, after talking to King Bruenor again, you need to talk to 8 people.
Here are their names, I'll leave their finding up to you for fun!
1. Drizzt Do'Urden
2. Minsc
3. Sergeant Knox
4. Makos
5. Linu La'neral
6. Regis
7. Celeste
8. Xuna
They are all in that room...
Note: you don't have to sit and listen to their whole speech, you can just skip to the next person!

Epilogue: Upon completion of Chapter 12, you'll end up in the throne room where you'll speak to Bruenor. Once he has finished talking you must speak with all relevant characters that have aided you throughout your journey in Neverwinter. Once you speak to all of them the achievement will unlock.
Speak to the following:
Drizzt Do-Urden: He's to the right of the throne
Minsc: Do a 180 degree turn from Drizzt and he's straight ahead talking to some dwarves.
Sergeant Knox: To the left of Minsc.
Linu La'Neral: Directly behind Knox next to a long table filled with food.
Makos: To the right of Linu.
Regis: On the opposite side of the room dancing on a table.
Xuna: Watching Regis dance.
Celeste: Standing next to Xuna.
