For this you will need the quest to go to Spinward Rise - Cultist Assault in Chapter 7 of the Maze Engine campaign. This video will show you were to go to kill the Kenku and unlock this Achievement.

Chapter 7: There is a Kenku camp at the far end of the island. It is not a primary objective to your quest. Once you arrive at coordinates 572, 3053, engage the Kenku in the camp. More will show up and charge you. Once you defeat them the achievement will unlock.
