When you travel to Omu, there will be several entrance doors on your map. These doors lead to The Undercity. You will have several quests that lead down here, so you will be familiar with the area pretty quickly. There are 3 sections to The Undercity and 2-4 shrines in each section. This achievement glitched for me. I made the requirement, unlocked the in game title/journal entry, but the Xbox achievement simply do not unlock, despite redoing a run. I should had got this on May 27th and its still locked...
