When you jump down the well at the Yawning Portal Tavern, kill all the enemies here that have Undertakers and Xanathar Guild above there name. The respawn is very fast.
You can also track how many you have killed by going to
Quests > Journal > Achievements > Slayer >
Then scroll down to find Revenant's Champion.

I just want to add that this unlocked for me in game but did not unlock immediately on Xbox Live. I tried changing instances, changing characters, restarting the game, and restarting my Xbox. The achievement ended up unlocking eventually a few hours later with the correct timestamp of when it unlocked in game. Not sure what was going on with that.
