Found all three, got the tittle but the achievement didn't pop :( I hope it's not glitched forever!

You should have gotten the achievement when the title popped. You should try leaving a support ticket at Arc, even if the chance of them fixing it is slim.

As the description says, simply find the three Scrying Stones in the Bryn Shander zone.

  • Blast Epicenter
    • 1340, 2302: On top of the ramparts.
  • Bryn Shander Outskirts
    • 1017, 2019: Just outside the main gate.
  • Knucklehead Camp
    • 1377, 1068: On a broken wood structure in the ice field just outside Knucklehead camp.
