The named fiends aren't always there. It's a rare spawn. Some are easier to find then others.
Farming:

This one is moving along the road in a pack of hell hounds. If its not there, find the group that are moving along the road. Kill them then wait on a respawn.
- Daemon The Lithe
Location: 3097, 4362.
Standing still at the coordinates. If it is not there, kill others in this area, next to the well, and wait.

Can confirm Sie Gallahan, the Abomination, and Emberfang. I am at 4/6. My 4th was one of those huge demons with two wings roaming along the road (named Pit Fiend) but I didnt write down where I was at the time. I had him and the dog before doing Gallahan and Abom from this solution and am now at 4/6.

In the same spot of Emberfang, there's a winged demon (I don't remember the name) standing still near the water well in the center of a garden surrounded by houses. I verified that it counts for the achievement. The water well I'm talking about is the one you can see in the picture of Emberfang, in the top left corner of the image.
