This is very similar to this other achievement, but with a big difference:

The Ring Leader achievement in Neverwinter worth 125 pointsCollect all the +5 Slayer rings in Chult

You just need to get ONE of each type rings this time! a +1, +2, +3, +4, OR +5!

BY FAR THE EASIEST AND BEST METHOD IS SIMPLY BUYING ONE RING OF EACH TYPE OFF THE AUCTION HOUSE!!
At current time, 4 of the rings are less than 3k AD each, and the Dinosaur Slayer ring is coming down under 20k now.
Just search the Auction House for rings and use these keywords and buy one of each ring, +1 or +2: (you can also set the optional setting to show ONLY rings with 2 slots to further narrow things down)
"Yuan-Ti Slayer"
"Undead Slayer"
"Goblin Slayer"
"Dinosaur Slayer"
"Beast Slayer"

Note, the Hunter rings are not required for this achievement!

Helpful Notes:
NOTE: You can either make the lures yourself as detailed below, or join someone else on their hunt. Joining others on hunts is by far the easier method if you can find someone willing to take you along.
NOTE: You can trade with other players for the Trophies needed for the Hunting Lures! But you cannot get them off the auction house.
NOTE: When doing the hunts, there is a chance for only ONE trophy to drop. Just do this with friends/people you trust or you might lose your trophy!
NOTE: You can still use lures on a character that does not have the required hunt part of the campaign window unlocked, you just can't craft them.

The first part below is where to get the rings, after is how to make the Lures to do the Hunts:

Where to get the +5,+4,+3,+2,+1 Rings:
It will cost 100 Forgotten Totems to unlock the One Star Hunts, another 125 Totems to unlock Two Star Hunts, and 150 more to unlock the Three Star Hunt, King of Spines.
Don't confuse the King of Spines HE with the King of Spines Hunt!

Ring of the Yuan-Ti Slayer +5+4+3+2+1...:
Dendar Hunt -- One Star

Ring of the Undead Slayer +5+4+3+2+1...:
Spili-Ti Hunt -- One Star
Thazar-De/Zulkir Hunt -- Two Star

Ring of the Goblin Slayer +5+4+3+2+1...:
Clawglaze Hunt -- One Star

Ring of the Dinosaur Slayer +5+4+3+2+1...:
King of Spines Hunt -- Three Star
Sirrish Hunt -- Two Star

Ring of the Beast Slayer +5+4+3+2+1...:
Arachne Hunt -- One Star
Baccho Hunt -- Two Star
Hedetet Hunt -- One Star
Karkinos Hunt -- One Star

How to make the Lures for the different Hunts:
There are 7 different enemy types in Chult that can drop the trophies needed for the lures. To make lures for Level 2 and 3 Hunts, you have to use trophies that drop in Level 1, then level 2 hunts.

The rare enemies that can drop the Level 1 lure trophies are these:
(you have to kill the common mobs to get a chance for the rare mob to spawn)
Smilodon: Smilodon's Tooth (common mobs are Chultan Tigers)
Rotting Ogre: Rotting Ogre’s Femur (common mobs are undead)
Batiri Brave: Batiri Brave’s Trinket (common mobs are Batiri)
Eotyrannus: Eotyrannus Talon (common mobs are Deinonychus)
Bigclaw: Bigclaw’s Pincer (common mobs are Crabs)
Venomtail: Venomtail Poison (common mobs are Scorpions)
Tyrannosaurus Rex: Tyrannosaurus Fang (common mob is the regular Tyrannosaur)

These enemies are not involved with the lures at all:
Allosaurs, Bears, Compys, Lions, Tarantulas, Thayans, and Velociraptors.

Here are the mob spawn locations:

To make the lures:
All the vendors to get the lures from are just to the right of the entrance into Port Vyanzaru.
Level 2 and 3 hunt lures are crafted from level 1 and 2 hunt drops.

Dendar Hunt: Eotyrannus Talon and T-Rex Fang. Talk to Ragash who will give you the Bottled Terror lure.
Spili-Ti Hunt: Rotting Ogre Femur and T-Rex Fang. Talk to Aryn who will give you the Preserved Heart lure.
Thazar-De/Zulkir Hunt: Fang of Dendar's Staff and Spili-Ti's Rotten Rib. Talk to Aryn who will give you the Ensorcelled Lure lure.
Clawgraze Hunt: Batiri's Brave Trinket and T-Rex Fang. Talk to Ragash who will give you the Batiri War Mask lure.
King of Spines Hunt: Baccho's Giant Claw, Sirrish's Bloody Incisor, and Thazar-De Enchanted Amulet. Talk to Agnar who will give you the Tribal Yklwa lure.
Sirrish Hunt: Clawgraze's Saddle and Karkinos Carapace Fragment. Talk to Agnar who will give you the Eotyrannus Horn lure.
Arachne Hunt: Smilodon Tooth and T-Rex Fang. Talk to Desha who will give you the Embroidered Cloak lure.
Baccho Hunt: Arachne's Spinneret and Hedetet's Searing Core. Talk to Desha who will give you the Jewel Studded Collar lure.
Hedetet Hunt: Flask of Venomtail and T-Rex Fang. Talk to Doriak who will give you the Flask of Sulfur lure.
Karkinos Hunt: Big Claw Pincer and T-Rex Fang. Talk to Doriak who will give you the Sailors Shroud lure.

What's the correct loot mode if I invite people to help with a hunt? Or do I just let them get to where the hunt starts & then disband group?

I believe I will be changing that part. From some friends feedback, you should only do this with someone you trust, or don't go in a group. I need some more clarification when I get back on the game tonight. It sounds like there isn't a way to prevent others from trying to steal your loot.

You can also just buy the rings from the auction house. I payed less then 3k AD for 4 rings each and only the dinosaur one was 18k. You can sell them again after getting them from your mailbox.

You just have to collect one of each ring; it does not matter if they are different levels. The easiest way to get this achievement is to check the Trade House and look for +1 or +2 versions of the rings to buy. Once they're in your inventory, the achievement will unlock; you can then re-sell the rings. You can track what you've earned in the Chult Collections page. Or you can do this the hard way and actually farm the bosses to get the ring drops.
