This is done in Episode 1 After using and discarding brock the Tediore sentient gun, you and the assassin bot will get accosted by a Tediore soldier and you will get 4 dialogue options pick the one on the left by pressing X it will say I wish I ate my taco’s and you will unlock the achievement.

You can also get this in Episode 2 when running from the Vault monster.
