New Tales from the Borderlands

Pretty sure this was only really available in two sections (just make sure you scan everyone)
NOTE: the robot (LOU13) needs to be scanned Twice (once at each location)

1) Paco Taco section (Episode 1)
- Scan everyone you can with the DarkNet Scanner

2) Susan's Office (Episode 5)
- Scan everyone you can with the Susan's DarkNet Scanner after you steal it

NOTE: like 99.99% sure Anu's Google dont count towards this, as the icon shows the dark net scanner, but to be safe I also scanned everybody with the googles anytime I had the option
