This guide shows you how to get 4 of the 5 ending's needed, the 5th- the best ending I have already did a guide for and it will save some space the link is below.

This guide is for people who are looking for a specific ending as you can have different endings and sometimes you cant just repeat the ending or even the last chapter to get another ending so these walkthroughs will ensure you that you will get that ending.
BAD ENDINGS 1 and 2 (Anu not surviving and Octavio not surviving)
You can follow this guide for both Anu and Octavio not surviving follow the guide right up when you choose what to do with the shard and you can reload from that point to get the other ending.
Some of the options are vital to go towards the endings and some are not, but all choices are shown so you can replicate them and get these 2 endings, if you are looking for other endings check out the links in the description below.
The bad endings of Anu and Octavio are due to low skateboarding rating and having low relationship ratings.
Also unless stated otherwise complete all QTE’s.
Episode 1
In episode 1- As Anu pick the following options, the left option- uh probably, the right option- like not get fired.
When Timm-e comes in, pick the following options, the left option three times- we sound like war profiteers, maybe it was Phuong and maybe they escaped on their own.
As Octavio pick the following options, bottom option- i couldn't eat another taco, right option- what is wrong with you, Fail the QTE, bottom option- (lie) you're right, left option- hell yeah.
As Fran fail the QTE then pick the bottom options twice- you are not helping bot and sure why not. Then when making the frogurt for the customer, complete the first QTE and fail all the other ones.
As Anu in Rhy’s office pick the following options, top option- the silence option, left option twice- hard sell and it eliminates things, and then shoot the plant on the right hand side.
As octavio on the way to the assassination job pick the options, top option- i know i know, left option- that sonuvabitch, top option- nope, fail the QTE, the bottom option- your a prick, left option- wait who are you.
On the way to Paco's tacos, pick the top option- i’m not anu’s robot.
As Fran when being threatened by Hank, pick the options, bottom option three times- leave or things get messy, you talk too much and open wide, then shatter hank.
As Anu when with Phuong, pick the options, left option- quit joking around, Fail the next 2 QTE’s, left option- sort of a punk really, then after Phuong says she going to distract the guards fail the QTE so you dont hug her.
As Octavio after hacking the radio pick the left option- ugh not another war.
As Fran when speaking with Reba- pick the bottom option- your still an asshole, and just show Reba one thing in the store then talk to her and say you are finished.
When reba wants to go in the back of the shop pick the following options, bottom option- block the door, and choose do not let reba in.
As Octavio and his friends against the invasion pick the options, fight back, left option- nice, choose paco to take out the commander, then fail the QTE to pick up the brock gun.
When you have the brock gun, choose the following options, bottom option- smack brock, in the shooting sequence, aim for the soldiers, right option- don't shoot.
As Anu when meeting stapleface choose the following options, right option- fight back, bottom option- ill spin the teeth i swear, then when giving the option to shoot the psychos don't fire, right choice- no, bottom option twice- sure if you say so and give gift.
As Fran when Octavio and Louie turn up pick the options, bottom option- freeze kill bot, right option- you idiot, bottom option twice- get out my store and I'll kill you, Fail the second QTE.
Episode 2
At the start of episode 2 pick the options, left option- you just kneeled there, top option- the silence option, the left option- I do hate it here, the top option- stare intensely, bottom option twice- throw something and i don't believe you, left option- you steal constantly and then pick lie damn teenagers.
Pick right option three times- we can build something great, do it for revenge and we do not need a skateboard score.
Once you are in the sewers pick the options, the bottom option- hey everyone lets sneak, and choose fran’s plan.
Lose the vaultlanders battle then choose ill just go.
When you are watching the soldiers with the vault key pick the options, top option- the silent option, left option- this is our chance, and when getting chased by the guardians, fail the first QTE.
After running from the guardians, pick the option, the bottom option- what’s your problem.
When the devourer shows up, choose the options, bottom option- what is wrong with you two, right option twice- where’s the romance and you’re next caldwell, top option- give me the stick.
When you are planning to distract the devourer to get the green crystal choose the options, Octavio to distract it, left option- i lived as i died, Fail the first, third and fourth QTE’s, bottom option- im working here, Fail the next 2 QTE’s, bottom option- can’t you do anything right, Fail the next 2 QTE’s, bottom option- don't let me die and fail the QTE where you have to catch the shard, left option- bon voyage, right option- maybe it's a good thing.
After the fight with the devourer back in the sewers pick the left option- bring em on.
Episode 3
At the start of episode 3 pick the options, bottom option- give a load of gorgeous BS, left option- don't be a jerk, Fail the QTE’s when they are shooting each other probably doesn't affect anything but it's what I did.
As Anu choose to shoot Fran, then choose the right option- no.
After putting the shard in the device choose Octavio to shoot Anu, then the bottom option- I am a god, right option- and we’ll be rich, left option- assassinations.
As octavio dealing with the sink or swim guard- choose the bottom option- go for his gun and then accept the money.
In the waiting room of sink or swim choose the options, left option- its a gun, top option twice- he has a very punchable face and always be louder, right option- who cares, Fail the next QTE.
After sabotaging Pierre's invention choose the options, right option- im the man, bottom option twice- finn is sexy and lets keep watching tv.
As Anu when pitching the device on sink or swim, pick the options, top option- be in a dream team, choose no, top option- The anti-gun device, left option- its a happy zappy zappy and fail the second QTE.
After rescuing Anu from the sharks fail the QTE and then choose the right option- can i keep your stuff.
Back in the waiting room of sink or swim, pick the following options, right option twice- you’ve survived without me and i see why octavio likes you, bottom option- not that i care but skateboards, top option- we’re both awful so?
Back in the ruins of Frans shop pick the options, bottom option twice- smack ocativo and make sure you get an armoury, right option- an armoury, bottom option- i'll have my revenge.
As Anu in the morgue- choose the options, bottom option- global-compu-core, left option- how about a bribe, fail the QTE when you are putting the head on the body, then fail all QTE’s when punching the coffin.
Episode 4
At the start of episode 4, Fail the QTE in punching the coffin, choose the options, top option- hang up, Fail the next 4 QTE’s, left option- i like punching stuff, fail the first and third QTE and then choose scalpel.
When Octavio and Anu are back in the newly bought frogurt shop choose the options, bottom option- global-compu-core, right option twice- granite counter and state of the art security system, fail the first 2 QTE’s.
When Fran comes back to the shop with Fergus choose the options, right option- behold sexiness, bottom option- observe the butt, left option- i didn't screw up.
When brock the gun shows up, choose the options, right option twice- you’re pissing me off and kill brock, top option- get back, right option- you don't understand, fail the QTE, left option twice- or i’ll get angry and bad security, bottom option- a little yes a little no.
When you are at the angel investors place, choose the options, bottom option- who’s going to be there, right option- he isn't one of us.
As Octavio at the VIP party choose the options, bottom option- in your face, left option- Booze.
As Anu in the research room, choose the left option- state of the art.
As Fran in another new frogurt shop, choose the options, bottom option- i’ve never boned anu, right option- mecha centripidal force typhoon, bottom option twice- aquarium, and weirdly aroused, right option- im in.
Back to Octavio in the VIP party choose the options, left option twice- they both say yes.
Back to Anu in the research room, choose the bottom option- let the experiment begin.

As Fran make sure you lose to the badass superfan at vaultlanders, fail the second QTE, then choose the bottom option- give me a go.

Episode 5
In episode 5 as anu as a jabber pick the following options, top option- panic, fail the QTE, top option- I was staring failure in the face, left option- I thought I was screwed, bottom option- try to tackle spirit, top option- I need to stop Susan.
In the dream realm choose the top option- so you’re a parasite.
As Octavio in jail, choose the options, top option- the silent option, left option- being stupid, bottom option- i’m not very important.
As Fran is being escorted to her execution, choose the options, top option twice- mouth fart and you’re gonna die, fail the QTE.
Back to Octavio in the cell, choose the options, bottom right- totally bro, right option- you monster, left option twice- susan wants me alive and i’m in charge.
Back to Fran on her execution choose the options, top option- no our sexual tension, left option- susan is still alive, right option twice- tediore is going to rule the galaxy and and my temper, fail the 2nd, 3rd and 4th QTE’s.
As Anu in Octavio’s body choose the options, top option- panic, bottom option twice- protective and he was being immature, left option- his friends were here, top option- to be seen.
As Fran in the retro 16 bit battle, pick the options, 4th option- anger kicks ass, run, item, first option- anger kicks ass and fail the next 2 QTE’s.
As Octavio holding himself hostage against the 2 soldiers, choose the options, top option- mad dog them, bottom option- i want a compliment.
After the soldiers you bump into Bivington Bradwick choose the bottom option- vengeful?, left option- shoot him.
When Fran and Octavio are in Susan's office, fail the QTE, choose the right option- release the hostage.
As Anu at the end of the dream sequence fail the QTE.
When Fran and Octavio find Anu choose the right option 4 times- you’re not stopping me, protect Anu, I'm definitely me and we have to stop susan.
On the way to stop Susan and her plan choose the options, bottom option- you’re in charge, right option twice- i’ll finish it and title of our sex tape?, fail the next 6 QTE’s, right option three times- it’s an alien in your body, you’re too far gone and keep fighting,
In the final confrontation against susan, fail the QTE, choose the options, left option- reunite the shard, top option- this will hurt, right option- you’re killing it, left option- i don’t need guns, fail the QTE, left option- i swear i killed someone, right option- always talk louder, top option- the hermes, fail the QTE, left option- 5ish i lost count, fail the QTE, left option- atlas, left option- saving Octavio from the streets, right option- you loved me, left option- reach for the shard.
During the bad ending with Anu not surviving pick the bottom option- i don't even like frogurt.
Restart the last chapter 6 of episode 5, choose the following options- right option- reject the shard, bottom option- i hope this hurts, right option- no, bottom option- im a badass, top option- fake panic.
During the bad ending with Octavio not surviving, pick the left option- it doesn't get easier.

The bad ending of Fran not surviving are due to low skateboarding rating and having low relationships with Octavio and Anu, and Anu and Octavio having a much higher relationship.

On the way to Paco's tacos, pick the left option- I listen to my sister.

AVERAGE ENDING (3 main characters surviving Louie does not
The average ending seems to be achieved by getting a medium skateboard score as it shows up that they all wished they had a higher skateboard rating and the relationships have to go roughly equal to each other and I'm sure above 50 percent as well.
Also unless stated otherwise complete all QTE’s.
Episode 1
As Anu pick the bottom options twice yes and like the sound of success.
When Timm-e comes in, pick the following options. the right choice- not good for some people, the bottom option- fine you got me, and then the right option- they’re innocent wild creatures.
As Octavio pick the following options, left option- tacos are my everything, bottom option- I wasn't scared, right option- others value it, bottom option- Could be good for business.
As Fran pick the following options, left option- I'll be out of debt soon, right option- I'm sure they’ll pay.
When the customer comes in and orders fail the first QTE for no particular reason but I didn't mean and I doubt it affects any score but you never know.
As Anu in Rhy’s office pick the following options, bottom option- Not sorry, right option- appeal to his heart, bottom option- It phases things and then shoot the jacket that's on the left side.

Once you are in the sewers pick the options, the left option- Roger ten four hotel bravo, then pick Octavio’s plan.
Beat the badass superfan in vaultlanders first time.
When you are watching the soldiers with the vault key pick the options, the left option- we can use these guards, the right option- we gotta move now.

BAD ENDINGS 1 and 2 (Anu not surviving and Octavio not surviving)

Some of the options are vital to go towards the endings and some are not, but all choices are shown so you can replicate them and get these 2 endings, if you are looking for other endings check out the links in the description below.

Episode 2

The average ending seems to be achieved by getting a medium skateboard score as it shows up that they all wished they had a higher skateboard rating and the relationships have to go roughly equal to each other and I'm sure above 50 percent as well.

As Fran is being escorted to her execution, choose the options, the bottom option- I'm not scared of death, left option- this isn't so bad.
Back to Octavio in the cell, choose the options, left option- why bother, bottom option- you did me a favour, the left option- susan wants me alive, bottom option- fire warning shot.
Back to Fran on her execution choose the options, left option- don't you touch him, then choose the next 3 choices i deserved better, my friends deserve better, and my sponsor bot.
As Anu in Octavio’s body choose the options, bottom option- scientifically speaking, right option- overbearing, left option- i don't remember, bottom option twice- his dreams were here and my trust.

I was able to do your Neutral Playthrough and then I reloaded episode 5 chapter 2 for the Fran ending and it worked!! The only thing different is the ending dialogue when Octavio is talking to Anu you must pick “respond with questions” and “Hip-O-Cradic-Matic” for the Fran ending to work. Everything else went off of you episode 5 Fran guide!! Thank you so much for the guides

To do this achievment you will need to finish the game having seen all 5 endings. The most efficient way I, with the help of some helpful commentors for the neutral ending, have figured out is to do a single full playthrough and on the final episode, replay the final 3 chapters for the other 4 endings.
Firstly follow the guide by @I MulligaN I for; New Business
**Do this until Episode 5, Chapter 4**. Secondly, duplicate a save at the start of this chapter where;
From there follow the respective choices for your required ending(s).

Great guide. To add to it I found a way to achieve the neutral ending off of the good ending save.
Simply follow the Octavio die’s route above HOWEVER when the option to [tackle her] comes up in chapter 4 let it time out.
I accidentally missed this choice when playing through and discovered this method.

That's amazing news! That's the only one I could never quite work out by myself but had a feeling it was possible from the same save. Thank you for sharing :) If someone could confirm this indeed is replicable that would be appreciated.

I don't know the exact math on this but I'm quite confident I've figured out the guidelines to follow to achieve each ending reliably, I've been able to replicate getting specific endings following this logic. There are five endings, they're all based on your relationship percentages and two of them also include your Skateboard score. I don't know how important your stats from previous episodes are, but I was able to get all of these endings from a good first playthrough that got the best ending (and just barely got the New Business achievement after replaying a little bit), and from there I duplicated the save file and redid Episode 5 Chapter 6 a couple times and got three endings, then redid all of Episode 5 a couple more times to get the other two.
Even though you need to restart Episode 5 entirely for some of them, I'd recommend making a backup save at the Reunite the Shard or Reject the Shard choices in the last chapter and experimenting from there. Experiment with what endings you can get just from this point, then restart Episode 5 for more control over the endings you're missing.
For three of the endings, you need to kind of "single out" a character in the relationships, their relationship percentage with the two other characters has to be far lower than the other two character's relationships with each other. You may need to get their relationships below 50% while keeping the third one above 50%.
ending, you would focus on making choices to make the relationship between Octavio and Fran the strongest, and choices that would either ignore or hurt Anu from both characters.
The last two endings both require somewhat even relationship distribution, but change depending on your Skateboard score. You may also need to get each relationship above 50%, although I always had one in the 40s and still got these endings.
In the spoiler below is a list of all the options in Episode 5 I think have effects and what I think they are, I've only listed the ones that I chose intentionally during each replay, anything I don't list doesn't seem to have any effect, unless of course it leads to a Tale Over. Again, I don't know if these do exactly what I think but these options led to these endings successfully, usually with a bit of experimentation post-shard choice. The perceived results of each choice are in parentheses at the end of them, the + or - denotes if it increases or decreases the listed relationship/Skateboard score.
The big split in the choice options is in Chapter 6, reunite the shard or reject the shard. I'd recommend making a duplicate save here to try for some different combinations in each one, or you can just restart from this chapter, you'll just have a few more minutes of waiting each time. Reuniting with the shard seems to be the easier way to get the first three endings, and rejecting the shard seems easier for the other two good endings, although it seems that most endings are possible from either decision.

So you were able to get all 5 endings from reloading chapter 5? My first run I got everyone lives except L0U13 and a skateboard of 75%. You think I can change their relationships that much in just the 1 chapter?
