This might take a few attempts, you are supposed to keep picking up humans without the timer for human pickup reaching zero (countdown on the right of the screen). You can also see an indication of the timer under the human you are supposed to pick up. Try to only touch the human when the timer is almost expired (yellow blinking). Secret humans also count and reset the timer.
