Go to single level play -> Experienced difficulty -> Techno Forest. You must leave at least one enemy alive while beating the final boss on stage 15 in the level. Some enemies will spawn before the boss so try to keep one of the big enemies alive. Strafe counter clockwise around the boss while shooting only when you have a clear line of sight and dash through the boss attacks. If you kill the enemy you must keep alive then simply die and you can retry stage 15 again.

Your guide is incorrect. Unsure if they changed the requirement or you mistyped. It must be done on Experienced difficulty

Thanks for pointing it out. I corrected it. Been a while since I got this trophy but I believe the solution is valid minus the difficulty typo.

Play your way through world one on experienced difficulty. Prior to spawning the boss there will be a couple of waves of normal enemies. The boss will spawn when you have around 4 enemies left. Simply keep one alive for the duration of the boss fight and this trophy will unlock. I’d recommend keeping one of the larger enemies alive as you might end up accidentally shooting at it during the boss fight.
