Have the explosive girl and fire sorceress on your team. Then all you have to do is poison an enemy with the explosive girl and the next turn use your fire sorceress’ fireball. When the fireball hits the poisoned enemy it will cause an explosion and you should get the achievement.

You can also just use the explosive girl on a boss. Poison one turn, bomb the next.

I have obtained the achievement, being the enemy who attacked me with poison and explosion.
