The Athlete, who looks like a human with a bunny rabbit head, will only appear as a boss in the first level. If you don't get him you'll have to try another run.

ROGUE 1992's solution is more accurate at this time. Not sure what initial conditions were.

Does the Athlete not spawn as the first level boss anymore? This game has been updated so much since I posted this.

While yes the athlete spawns as the first floor boss.
It also spawns as a boss in the arena on level 4 I believe it is. You will find a square where a guy will talk to you and ask if you want more of a challenge saying no will just carry on as is but saying yea will spawn you against 2 bosses one being the athlete and one being someone else.
If you’re running the team Comp of archer wizard healer assassin then this isn’t much of a hassle with only archer and wizard attacking with arrows and spells. If you do skip 1/2 turns with the assassin while he’s invisible his damage will quadruple on his first attack nearly one shot a boss.

The Athlete is the First Boss in the Regular Game. Each Dungeon has 5 levels. The Athlete is the Boss of Level 1 in Dungeon 1.

The Athlete looks like a very tall and muscular rabbit. He has a chance to show up as the Level 1 Boss or as an event ‘!’. When he shows up as an event, he will be partied up with a slime enemy. Wear him down and keep stronger party members in the front as he hits hard. His event will also give you an ending that will reset your dungeon run.
